Universal Home Entertainment will finally release the long-awaited Collector’s Edition of The Big Lebowski on October 18th. This disc will sport a newly remastered anamorphic widescreen transfer along with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio. Extras will include an introduction by Mortimer Young, a “The Making Of The Big Lebowski” documentary, & a Jeff Bridges photgraph gallery. A “The Big Lebowski: Achiever’s Edition Gift Set” will also be available for a limited time - featuring the Collector’s Edition DVD, a bowl…ng shammy towel, quotable lines picture coasters & photo cards from Jeff Bridges’ personal collection.
