Sony will release the Will Ferrell comedy Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby on both DVD and Blu-ray on December 12th. The DVD will be available in separate Theatrical and Unrated Editions (2.40:1 widescreen or 1.33:1 fullscreen), all of which will feature Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks. Extras on the theatrical edition will include a retrospective ‘25 Years Later’ audio commentary, deleted/extended scenes, featurettes, character interviews, a gag reel, and a ‘Line-O-Rama’ feature. The Unrat…d Edition will include the aforementioned extras, along with additional deleted scenes, character interviews, and commercials.

The Blu-ray release will be presented in a 2.40:1 widescreen transfer, along with Dolby Digital 5.1 and PCM 5.1 audio tracks. This disc will include the Unrated version of the film, along with matching extras found on the Unrated SD DVD.
