Welcome to the Halloween Edition of the New Release Tuesday Blog! Oddly enough, there are no scary releases worth mentioning today. That being said, there are not many titles at all worth mentioning today. The Mission: Impossible releases, with an odd Monday release date, top the list. Other then those, we get one good TV-on-DVD release in C.S.I. Miami Season 4 and a collection of Hi-Def titles, most notably V for Vendetta on HD DVD.
