Wii equals gimmick, PS3 overtakes 360, and could a Bear stop piracy? - Welcome to the column that lives in a tiny little farming community called bizzarro world but known to the gaming community as Dare to Play the Game.
Welcome to another edition of Dare to Play the Game. Level 13 is the magic number for my Troll Rogue (Lantanador) in WoW. I’ve spent most of the last week improving my mining & blacksmithing skills. I’m just happy that I can make a Copper Short Sword all by myself. Too bad my rogue uses daggers and other small weapons.

Manhunt 2 Re-Rejected, PSP Rejecting SDTVs, and the Yaris rejecting decency - Welcome to the column that is like the girl you always rejected in high school for the pretty cheerleader known as Dare to Play the Game.
Welcome to another edition of Dare to Play the Game. If you were paying attention after my post last week; I also posted the Halo 3 review. Initial feedback has been positive but I always like to hear more. Naturally, I have also played a lot more of Halo 3 including a really cool Energy Sword duel that I was a part of. In fact, for those who have Halo 3; go to your fileshare and add me as a friend (Kedrix) and then check the clips. I have two cool clips of me in action with a gravity hammer and then an energy sword. Good times, good times.

Missing Resolution in Halo, Missing Wii’s for Christmas and Microsoft soon to miss Bungie? - Welcome to the column that is missing pants and dignity (if we had any to begin with) known as Dare to Play the Game.
Welcome to another edition of Dare to Play the Game. Okay, okay so my review of the pretty Halo Tin isn’t quite done. I’d say it is about two thirds done to be exact. It is looking quite good; but I’ve got the replay section mainly to go over with a fine tooth come. One thing that Halo 3 has a lot of and that is game modes. So I’ll have to be careful and be meticulous. At first I was rather meh about the game, but I kinda like it now. Now keep in mind, I’m not one of those gah-gah Halo is king guys but I’m having fun with it. Played three stages to completion and messed with multiplayer for a good long time. My girlfriend and I are still both addicted to Bomberman Live. We aren’t really good at it (though we have our moments) but we have a great time playing it.

The Wii Saber, A Smaller PS3 & some Sonic fun - Welcome to the column that promises to push innovation and technology but in the wrong direction known as Dare to Play the Game.
Welcome to another edition of Dare to Play the Game. Well since last week, the 360 service center people have been doing things a little differently. I received two phone calls. The first was from the manager lady that said she was working on my signature issue and wasn’t able to change the address but she would get me a tracking number once it was fixed. So yesterday, I’m sitting in the car and get another phone call.

PS3 might go even cheaper, Fatal Fury Special at mad prices and Command & Conquer free beeotches - Welcome to the column that slashes prices and then sends you a bill every seven days known as Dare to Play the Game.
Welcome to another edition of Dare to Play the Game. Called the 360 repair people; talked to them for roughly half an hour over the signature jazz. They basically told me they can’t do anything right now. Ummm, okay. I even got to speak to a very nice female manager who I tried to wow with my seductive ways. That didn’t work too well; not that she was mean but she wasn’t willing to bend over backwards anyway. Which is a nice trick when you can get the girl to..errr nevermind. So I’m still stuck playing the PS2; at least I’m finally playing a decent wrestling title again (Smackdown vs Raw 2006). It’s been forever since I played it, and for some reason Chris Benoit was still the US Champion. *fwap* Changed that in a hurry as Finley obliterated him in a Last Man Standing Match. No, I’m not bitter.
