On The Tenth Day Of Christmas Time Life / Star Vista gives to you:

China Beach Season 1. We’ve got a special treat for you. Summer may be a long way ahead but we decided it was time to hit the beach once again, China Beach, that is. They’ve given us a copy of China Beach Season 1 on DVD and we’re giving it away to you. Catch Dana Delany, Marg Helgenberger and Robert Picardo before Desperate Housewives, CSI or Star Trek: Voyager. China Beach paid tribute to the vets of Vietnam. You can thank those wonderful elves over at Timeless Media and Star Vista.

To enter just follow these instructions:

  1. Fill out your name and email address in the comment form below – your email address will remain private and visible only to us.
  2. Do not post your address as an actual comment!  Instead tell us- Have you ever won a prize from us, if so what? Did you enjoy your prize? Winning in the past will not change your chances of winning here. The winner will be selected totally by random. We use a computer random number generation program to pick our winners. I’m sure some of you have won more than once. We do not limit the number of times you can win here. We merely want to see how many of our past winners are out there these days.
  3. Only those comments that answer our question will be considered.

Gino Sassani

Gino Sassani is a member of the Southeastern Film Critic's Association (SEFCA) and The Critics Association of Central Florida (CACF). He is a film and television critic based in Tampa, Florida. He's also the Senior Editor here at Upcomingdiscs. Gino started reviewing films in the early 1990's as a segment of his local television show Focus. He's an award-winning recording artist for Omega Records. Gino is currently working on his 8th album Merchants & Mercenaries. Gino took over Upcomingdiscs Dec 1, 2008. He works out of a home theater he calls The Reel World. Favorite films: The Godfather, The Godfather Part II, The Body Snatcher (Val Lewton film with Karloff and Lugosi, not the pod people film), Unforgiven, Gladiator, The Lion King, Jaws, Son Of Frankenstein, The Good, The Bad And The Ugly, and Monsters, Inc.

    This would a great first prize to win. China Beach was our Rest & Relaxation spot when we came south to DaNang. Note, the Army hospital was NOT on China Beach but further inland from the beach.
