I have never been on a train though when I was very, very young my father was an engineer for a railroad company. If I could ride on a train I would love to go ob the historical Orient Express. 😉

I’ve taken many trains in my life but one of the most memorable was one from Sackville New runswick to Halifax after an ice storm and everything sparkled like jewels! most beautiful and I didn’t have to think about driving!

Been on a train once. Years ago, I took a train from Richmond VA to CT to help a friend out. His mother had passed away and I was heping him pack everything back up and drive back to Richmond. Great trip. Got to have a few beers, read a book and talk to some people.

I was going to Aushuwitz years ago on my trip to Vienna. A hangover kept me from catching the train. I saw Budapest up on the sign and decided to catch that. Grabbed a few beers and jumped on. Well, to start off, I opened a beer and it exploded. All over the car. Moved to another car and took the trip. It was awesome.
