My favorite horror actor would have to be Boris Karloff. I love watching him in the old classics like Frankenstein, The Mummy’s Tomb, Bedlam, The Bodysnatcher.

Tom Atkins happens to be my favorite horror star. I loved him as Ray in Night of the Creeps and every time he plays a detective it makes me smile. He also happens to star in Maniac Cop.

Tom Atkins, even though he not just a horror actor he’s charismatic in everything he’s in, including villain roles. I’ve been enamored with his acting skills since I was a kid.

Can’t say I have a favorite (it would depend on the role and film) so I would have to go with the cliche answer of Bruce Campbell.

He is someone that is always likeable, no matter how awful the material, and makes most anything better just by his presence.

I am of the era of Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. But my favourite from all the movies of that era is Vincent Price.

Bela Lugosi. As correctly noted by Ed Wood in the movie of the same bname:
Bela Lugosi: How dare that @#^*% bring up Karloff? You think it takes talent to do Frankenstein? It’s all makeup and grunting.
Ed Wood: Bela, I agree with you 100%. Now, “Dracula,” that’s a role that requires talent.
Bela Lugosi: Of course. Dracula requires presence. It’s all in the eyes, and the voice, and the hands–“
