Had a feast at home this year with the family. Ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, deviled eggs, and lots of pies!
Had a feast alone at home this year. Kielbasa, macaroni sald and cucumber salad. It was lonely being by myself, but I am hoping to be able to share the day with another person soon. Hopefully, I did not engorge myself to gain too many pounds.
Family Dinner Christmas Eve
only had one christmas meal … and only had one helping!!!
Celebrated my Christmas dinner with my family and had a slightly different celebration. We had german cuisine consisting of schnitzel, cabbage rolls, potatoe salad, spatzle and apple strudel
Had a Christmas dinner at my sister’s new home. Had plenty of turkey, ham, potatoes, gravy, vegetables with shortbread cookies and pie for dessert.
I took my 2 sons and daughter-in-law to the casino for the Christmas Buffet. It was much easier than cooking a Christmas dinner and no cleanup or dishes to wash afterward.
Stayed home, cooked from frozen, already stuffed turkey.
we had a traditional turkey feast at home
OK this is funny. Our Christmas supper was a bowl of Borsch which is a Russian soup. It is served with bread and cheese. Dessert was pumpkin pie. So it was actually a light meal and we went cross country skiing the next day.
However we still need to lose our tums and bums as my niece says as she pats my hubbys tummy. lol

I didn’t do anything on that day. I guess that makes me the biggest loser. Do I win? 😀
We would have loved to have had a feast at home but it’s a lot of work for two, so we went out.
