Had big family get together with 12 family members here at home. Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes made with Smart Balance and broth, shrimp as appetizer and I managed to steer clear of all the fattening snacks. Done and I managed to Zumba on Wii that night.

We had constant holiday celebrations over a few days, which we were invited over to other family members homes. Lots of food and good company, and all I had to bring was something with us so that we had something to contribute.

My husband had to work and my Mother spent the night at my house Christmas eve. We woke up first thing Christmas morninga and started cooking. We were making Christmas dinner for the local police substaion. They were very appreciative. By the time we got home we were so tired we had their leftovers and did not make what we were going to make for ourselves!!!
