The unedited version of “A Serbian Film” is the craziest.
Please don’t watch it. It made me cry and vomit at the same time. I am no lightweight either. It is that rough.

I think the craziest horror film I have ever seen is Takashi Miike’s Audition, because the first half is quiet and polite romance, but then the final 15 minutes gives you a complete sucker punch to the gut. The best horror is something that comes of left field to create something very unique.
