Opening
If you ever visit my house, you might be a bit underwhelmed from the outside appearance. It is a simple three bedroom place with a few trees and a handful of assorted plants. If I can concentrate on growing something I do fine, but since I'm not really used to the space, things can look out of sorts. So when I received Viva Piata from the minds of Rare LTD, I was a little worried. Here I was given a new garden to cultivate and grow various plants, trees, & bushes in hopes of attracti...g all sorts of wonderful piatas (who are essentially just different types of animals) to visit and ultimately become resident on my property. Micro-managing was key and I had to make sure residents were taken care of so they could be happy, mate, and live in an ever changing world.

Few titles have the ability to be both cute and popular amongst all types of players, yet with Animal Crossing, this is exactly what one gets. The game has such great playability to it, that everyday brings something new and refreshing to the table. The character and town designs are almost unbearably cute--but in a good way that adds feel and depth to the overall game. Are you ready to be wowed by a classic Nintendo title? Then pack your bags--you’re moving to Animal Crossing !

Someone once said that 90 percent of life is maintenance and nowhere is that more true than in the new Xbox title, The Sims. For anyone who has been living in a cave for the last two and a half years, The Sims is a game that allows you to create a character and then oversee every aspect of their life--from shopping to sleep--and has been a smash hit on the PC, garnering awards and spawning add-on expansions packs galore.
People are so taken with the ability to create either little demons or an...els, that Electronic Arts has released a new title this past month called The Sims for the Xbox that follows the exact same concept that its PC brethren pioneered. Players start out by choosing a basic model and with the help of several editing tools, can create the “Sim” of their dreams.
