Intro
This quirky little Christmas film will really put the holidays into perspective for you. The cast of Mixed Nuts contains a who’s who of comedy… Steve Martin, Gary Shandling, Adam Sandler, Rob Reiner, Rita Wilson, Etc. This is not the best Holiday comedy ever made, but it should bake you chuckle.

Audio
Not a lot to report on hear. The 5.1 Dolby Digital track is basic, with were little use of the surrounds, and not an overwhelmingly good use of the speakers. The center channel is accurate for voices, but the rest of the audio track is just average.
Video
The video quality was not bad. There was very little damage to the print in regards to scratches and dust, and there was also very little granulation in the picture. The colors were not as brilliant as they could have been, but that could be the fault of the film rather then the print.
Features
Can anyone say Trailer? Columbia-Tristar can… since that is the only notable special feature that they include on this disc. The menus are still and silent, and really could have been spiced up a little more.
Closing Thoughts
This DVD is worth a rent around Christmas time. You probably, unless you are a huge Sandler, Shandling, or Martin fan, can skip buying this disc. The story is funny as are the performances, but the disc does not really stand out from the competition.
