Summer’s winding down, and the chillier temperatures of fall and winter are just around the corner…well, at least for those of you who live outside of Florida. As we brace for another unseasonably warm autumn — fingers crossed I’m wrong! — UpcomingDiscs HQ will get a blast of wintry air this week. Join us as we bundle up to explore Wonders of the Arctic in 4K courtesy of Shout! Factory, which also dives underwater to explore The Last Reef in 4K. Lionsgate steals from the rich with Marauders, and ABC/Disney undergoes rigorous training at Quantico: Season 1. Finally, Eagle Rock invites us to come sail away with Styx: Live at the Orleans.

Time flies when you’re having as much fun as we are cranking out our patented TV and movie reviews for you. But it still doesn’t move quite as fast as a certain superhero making a long awaited return to home video. Warner Bros taps into the speed force to bring us The Flash: Season 2 and still finds time to go monster hunting with Supernatural: Season 11. CBS/Paramount tries its luck with Friday the 13th: The Complete Series, goes on down to South Park: Season 19, logs on to CSI: Cyber — The Final Season, and devotes brainpower to Limitless: Season 1. Finally, Magnolia Home Entertainment becomes acquainted with The Ones Below, while HBO goes All the Way with its Lyndon B. Johnson TV flick.

As the philosopher Randy Newman once sang, it’s a jungle out there. And this week — thanks to a certain smash-hit, live-action re-imagining of an animated classic — it’s a Jungle at UpcomingDiscs HQ too!  Disney was kind enough to send us The Jungle Book on Blu-ray, which certainly qualifies as more than the bare necessities. (You can already check out our review here.) Warner Bros. hits the mark with Arrow: Season 4 and revels in debauchery with Shameless: Season 6. ABC checks into Grey’s Anatomy: Season 12, while Sony spies on The Night Manager. Finally, CBS heads out west for Season 7 of NCIS: L.A., and gets in our heads with Criminal Minds: Season 11.

The time-hopping team at the center of The CW's latest superhero hit may come from Tomorrow, but thanks to Warner Bros. you can get caught up with their adventures today! DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Season 1 is just one of the highlights in this week's Tuesday Round Up. Warner also travels back to the '70s with The Nice Guys and heads, um, a little further south to introduce is to Lucifer: Season 1. Universal is the fairest of them all thanks to a spiffy 4K edition of The Huntsman: Winter's War. CBS/Paramount flaunts superstition with NCIS: Season (lucky) 13, and the game is afoot thanks to Elementary: Season 4. Finally, Lionsgate goes mano-a-mano with The Duel, while Anchor Bay bypasses laughs and goes straight for chills with Clown.

The start of the new Fall TV season is still a little more than a month away. That also means it’s about the time of year that UpcomingDiscs HQ gets flooded with titles from the previous small-screen season so everyone can play catch-up before new episodes begin to air. Warner Bros. sinks its teeth into The Vampire Diaries: Season 7, while the villains rise and unleash their wrath on Gotham: Season 2. ABC swans into this week’s Round Up with Once Upon a Time: Season 5. Finally, Showtime turns up the temperature and embarks on The Affair: Season 2.

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird...it's a plane...it's Superman! (Wait a minute, that's not right...let me grab my glasses and take a closer look.) I stand corrected...it's actually Supergirl flying into UpcomingDiscs HQ this week! Thanks to Warner Bros., we'll have a review of the CBS CW action-drama's freshman season. Meanwhile, CBS/Paramount takes it (Big) Easy for Season 2 of NCIS: New Orleans and gets our hearts racing with Code Black: Season 1.

This week's Tuesday Round Up has me seeing Red. Don't get me wrong...I'm not mad at anybody. I'm talking about Raymond “Red “Reddington, the criminal mastermind at the center of The Blacklist. And thanks to Sony, we'll be checking off a review of The Blacklist: Season 3 very soon. Anchor Bay goes Viral with a new horror thriller, so it's a good thing Cinemax is letting us check into The Knick: Season 2. Cinedigm saddles up for Traded and keeps the faith with Peter: The Redemption. And while Shout! Factory goes looking for Humpback Whales, Warner Bros. leaves its mark with Blindspot: Season 1 and kitty caper Keanu.

It's been well over a year since we started this Tuesday Round Up, so I like to think we're beyond certain formalities. For example, I hope you all know that you're welcome to stop by our fair site anytime you want. No RSVP necessary. That being said, Drafthouse Films was still kind enough to drop off The Invitation this week. Shout! Factory tumbles down a Hellhole while offering a howling good time with The Boy Who Cried Werewolf. Finally, Lionsgate unleashes the John Travolta actioner I Am Wrath.

Apparently, the multiplex wasn’t quite big enough to contain this year’s momentous clash between Batman and Superman. In fact, the battle between the iconic superheroes has spilled over onto this week’s Round Up. Warner Bros. was kind enough to send us Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice — Ultimate Edition, which includes about 30 minutes of extra footage and a bunch of bonus features. But wait…there’s more! We’re also going to bring you reviews for the movie’s 4K and 3D editions. On top of that, Warner also proved they can count to The 100: Season 3. Finally, Lionsgate arranges The Perfect Match, while Entertainment One sinks its teeth into Bitten: The Final Season.

We’re in the midst of another brutal, life-sapping Florida summer around these parts, so I apologize if this week’s Round Up feels a little dazed and confused. The good news is you can stay indoors and pop in the Blu-ray for Paramount’s Everybody Wants Some, Richard Linklater’s spiritual sequel to his beloved 1993 cult classic. Magnolia Home Entertainment looks back on My Golden Days, while Broad Green Pictures places a bet on The Dark Horse. Shout! Factory goes on a pair of 4K journeys by climbing aboard the Rocky Mountain Express and tracking the Flight of the Butterflies. Finally, Warner Bros. shuffles along with iZombie: Season 2, while Lionsgate lures us into The Green Room.
